  • Intake and assessment

    The first step is to schedule an online video consultation. To establish if you have a good enough internet connection, video, and sound quality to work remotely. We’ll discuss your situation, goals and whether or not hypnosis can help you achieve that. Together we develop a plan and number of sessions that works best for you. And of course upfront pricing. 

  • Confidentiality

    Client records and transactions with the practitioner are confidential, and may only be viewed by staff, unless release of these records is authorized in writing by the client, or otherwise provided by law.

  • Insurance

    We do not bill insurance companies for services, we are not a medical practice. We are considered self-help.  Hypnotism is a stand alone profession. However, some insurance companies may reimburse you for services. Most companies allow you to use Flex Spending. Check with your insurance company or policy for additional details. We suggest you think of our services as something that you will pay for personally.  That will both protect your privacy and help you value the work you are doing more. 

  • Cancellation Policy

    Online session require payment in advance to schedule a session. You may cancel or re-schedule you appointment up to 24 hours in advance. We do not provide refunds, only session credit. Appointments canceled or reschedule within 24 hours may be assessed a $50 fee. No Shows are counted and billed as full appointments, no credit or refunds,
